We enjoyed our holiday stay in this place, the staff were attentive and friendly, and it was convenient being located in a shopping area on Ocean Drive.

The location is exceptional, right by Lincoln mall and great restaurants. The staff is really helpful and attentive at any hour. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric kettle, fridges, and an oven.

The staff here was really friendly and made us feel at home.

Loved the fully equipped kitchen, felt like a Masterchef in the making. The family-sized living room was perfect for playing hide and seek with my imaginary friends. Miami Beach Convention Center was just a hop, skip, and a jump away, almost broke a sweat walking there.

Oh, just adored how the pool wasn't cleaned daily, gave it a nice rustic touch. And let's not forget the delightful water damage on the walls, truly a work of art.

Great location, within walking distance of Lincoln Road and Espanola way. Plenty of food options nearby.

During our stay at Courtyard Apartments By Royal Stays, we had a minor issue with the check-in process. The person assisting us was a bit late and there was a mix-up with the unit assignment.

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

Rooms here were equipped with the bathroom, a communal washing machine plus dryer.

Liked most aspects, except rather small room, and Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, which was a relief. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to save money by cooking our own meals. the furniture was comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The pool, although not as large as it appeared in the pictures, was still enjoyable.

Our family had a pleasant stay for value for money and family holidays at this new apartment close enough to beach. Bed was comfortable and there were a microwave, a fridge and a dining area in the room. Easy to get to Frieze Ice Cream Factory, located within 5 minutes on foot.

Spacious Living Room: The family-sized living room in our 3-bedroom apartment at Courtyard Apartments was absolutely fantastic. It felt like stepping into a grand ballroom, with enough room to host a dance party for all our friends. We had a blast playing games and relaxing in this generously sized space.

Noisy Walls: The only downside we experienced during our stay was the thin walls. As the building was bustling with college students, we could hear every bit of noise from inside and outside.

Great value for the money, perfect for family getaways. The staff was friendly and gave awesome tips for exploring the area. The location is fantastic, close to everything you need. 😊

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to all the main attractions and the beach. It is also far enough from the noise of the clubs, allowing for a peaceful stay. The rooms are comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and good service from the staff. The facilities, such as the secure building and great pool, add to a pleasant experience.
